- In over for a double blind placebo control trial to be a proper trial, you need to blind the participant and blind the doctor administering the drug

Bri says
Because of your previous podcasts, I started adding chicken livers to my diet to bring back my cycle and prepare myself for pregnancy. Currently, I have been reading that pregnant women should limit chicken livers to once a month or none at all because of the “dangerously” high levels of Vitamin A which has been shown to cause birth defects in the womb.
Have these scientific findings been taken out of context? Chicken livers restored my health but could they be too potent for a growing fetus? Please help/clarify, thanks!
