Hi Lisa!
I came across your podcasts, and I am LOVING what I am hearing. Also, I loOoOove hearing your voice – it often puts me to sleep. Not because your content is boring, but it’s soothing at night when I’m in bed.
I know this episode is pretty old, but I love this episode! I’m current keto/low carb NOT to lose weight, but because reducing my sugar consumption, I feel so much better and feel more alive. I’m usually very sloth-ish and constantly fatigued.
But hearing about your love for rice and pasta, I wanted to share some alternatives that I discovered and absolutely love! Heart of Palm “noodles” as well as Konjac noodles. I wanted to recommend because it’s awesome.
