Dr. Ashley Burton is a chiropractor and holistic nutritionist specializing in fertility nutrition coaching and bringing awareness to the menstrual cycle as a key indicator of overall health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario, and a Diploma in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
With a background in personal training since 2012 and a specialization in pre- and postnatal exercise science, Ashley has dedicated her career to supporting women’s health. As a chiropractor, she focuses on prenatal and postpartum care, with a strong emphasis on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, as well as general family care.
Ashley’s approach is evidence-based and holistic, recognizing the deep mind-body connection in healing. She understands firsthand the challenges of hormonal health, having struggled with long and missing cycles due to overexercise and undernutrition. Through her work, she helps individuals optimize their health, fertility, and overall well-being by integrating movement, nutrition, and education.
Based on Vancouver Island, Ashley is passionate about empowering people with the tools to support their bodies naturally—whether through chiropractic care, fertility-focused nutrition, or lifestyle adjustments.
