Lisa, I’m so glad I found your podcast! I have never had negative side effects from the pill over the course of a few years but was never really educated about the side effects and long term effects, or about other methods: last weekend I heard birth control mentioned as a tangent in an interview with Dr. Kelly Brogan and was shocked by the things I heard and started looking for more information: after listening to this podcast, I quit taking the pill the same day and I’m so excited to start learning more about fertility awareness!
