Excellent information on egg health and the importance of preparing at least a year in advance of pregnancy with improved diet, including healthy fats, importance of proper breathing & oxygen, and living a life in balance. Great scientific info, thank you.

This was a GREAT podcast! Lots of technical and practical information! I was overloaded and not sure I was able to capture everything. Whew! One of the 4 most important things Warren mentioned that impacted egg quality was breathing. Precisely that shallow breathing was not ideal. What’s the recommended (breathing) practice? And what exactly is L-Carnitine (sp?)? He mentioned that briefly and I don’t think he elaborated on its function/connection to egg quality or mitochondria. How much should we take? LOVED his analysis on the importance of CoQ 10. Is there a certain preferred type? There is lots of debate about ubiquinol vs ubiquinone. Does he have a recommended dosage? He also mentioned D-Ribose quickly but not sure what he was saying there.
