Listening to various podcasts, they have been excellent help. Thank you. TTC just found out PCOS and had a scan. I know I ovulated 3 weeks ago at the scan as it was pointed out to me. does that mean my luteal phase is 20days? Does that sound right? Can I know assume this going forward with my tracking as temp. hardly changes for me. Thanks x
Fertility Friday says
Hi Kellie, you’ll want to consider tracking your cycles, because it is hard to remember dates in retrospect. The luteal phase is typically 12-14 days in length. If you are 20 days into your luteal phase you are either pregnant, or you should be checked for a possible issue with ovulation by your doctor.
