Thanks for these podcasts! I’ve listened to all of them and really enjoy them. Unfortunately you cannot add a coverline to your chart in the Kindara app but you can add a coverline to your chart in the Kindara web portal. When you add it to your chart in the Kindara web portal it will not translate to the app though.

Thanks for listening! So glad you’re enjoying the podcast episodes 🙂 I’ve never tried the Kindara web portal, so that is great to know that I can draw the cover line that way. I’m hoping that at some point they’ll add that functionality to the app. I think it would help women to better interpret their charts especially when first starting out with FAM.

I just began listening to your podcast and am really enjoying it; thank you for the great information! I do have a quick question: what is this visual/tactile difference between “sticky” mucus and your natural internal moisture? The difference wasn’t very clearly explained.
Fertility Friday says
If you are checking for mucus internally you will see moisture every day, and that makes it harder to tell the difference. I teach a method that involves external checking. When you check externally you know it’s mucus if you can pick it up off the tissue and test it with your fingers.
