Very important topic! My experience: I’ve always had long and irregular cycles, but no PCOS or other medical problem. And just recently I’ve found out that my problem is diet – poor nutrition (I thought less calories means healthy!) and cocoa intolerance (I’ve always thought only about gluten and lactose…) 🙂
