I have PCOS and this has been so inspiring and invigorating gives me hope that one day I can have a family and knowing that it is possible to do so naturally without drugs has made me want to rethink my course of action and take back my health. I live in Parry Sound ON a small town where doctors are not educated in this area and have been of no help. I appreciate this so much Thank You!

Thank you so much for this podcast. It was very informative and I will surely practice some of what the good doctor said. I was planning on going to a dr for my irregular periods. All the symptoms she mentioned about PCOS I have plus I have not had any vaginal discharge for about 48hrs. I have not been getting 8hrs of sleep and my gut has been expanding. I started taking apple cider vinegar earlier this week to help with the symptoms and my stomach has decreased in size rather quickly. I have changed my diet a bit and I am starting to exercise a bit more. I will start going to sleep earlier and hopefully these changes will help regulate my period and improve the overall appearance of my skin as I do have acne. It was sever when I was a teenager. Thank you so much for this information. I will refer more young women to this podcast as I am now realizing that a lot of young women in my country do have PCOS
