Why do even highly educated women still feel completely unprepared when it comes to their reproductive health? In this episode, Michelle shares how personal data, cycle charting, and a deeper understanding of your body can change everything.
Michelle Snyder is a nutrition scientist and fertility educator whose work lives at the intersection of data and intuition. With a background in human biology and a Master’s in nutrition science, she currently serves as the Director of Science for a personalized wellness biotech company.
She’s trained in menstrual and fertility health through Lisa’s program and is especially passionate about proactive fertility care, and helping women understand their cycles, protect their fertility, and make empowered decisions long before it’s urgent. When she’s not decoding hormone panels or myth-busting outdated nutrition advice, she’s probably making a really good meal, reading a mystery novel, or lounging around a park in Boston with her husband.
